03 Identity Verification (KYC)

06 Betting Rules
All Sports Betting on Betbtb is governed by the rules below. Please familiarise yourself with these before placing any bets.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Betbtb voids it due to an error.
- If an event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded in full.
- If an event starts earlier or later than scheduled, Betbtb reserves the right to determine the validity of any bets placed.
- Bets left incomplete due to a server error or technical issue will be automatically voided and the stake refunded.
- The cashout feature may not be available on all matches — check the specific event page for details.
- The cashout amount is calculated based on current market odds and may be lower or higher than your original stake.
- Pre-match betting closes a set period before the event begins.
- Betbtb reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that contain an obvious error.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts: Each event has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed on the event page. Special limits apply for high-roller members. Betbtb reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
07 Bonuses & Promos

- The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.

08 Casino Game Policy
All games in the Betbtb casino section are operated through third-party licensed software providers. Each game's outcome is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
- If a software error or interruption occurs during a game or affects the RNG, the result of that round will be voided and all stakes refunded.
- If you are disconnected during a Live Casino game, the game will determine the outcome automatically — reconnecting will show you the result.

09 Prohibited Activities

10 Account Suspension & Closure
Betbtb may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons.

- If you wish to self-exclude under our Responsible Gaming policy.
